Das Deinstallieren und Neuinstallieren des Edelsteins löst dieses Problem häufig, ohne dass Dateien von Hand heruntergeladen und verschoben werden müssen. Aus Ihrem Rails-App-Verzeichnis:
> gem uninstall mysql2
