GROUP BY Zeitstempel alle 15 Minuten inklusive fehlender Einträge

Wenn Sie es wirklich in mysql machen wollen, sollte dies einigermaßen funktionieren - je nachdem, wie Sie Ihre 15-Minuten-Intervalle organisieren möchten. Ich habe die Ausgabe als time from | time to | number of reports weil ich es für bedeutungslos und sogar ein wenig irreführend halte, einen bestimmten Zeitstempel auszugeben und ihm eine Zählung eines Zeitbereichs zuzuordnen.
