JSON_VALUE für SQL Server 2012?

Nun, da anscheinend noch niemand etwas anzubieten hatte, hier ist der Code, den ich bisher geschrieben habe. Vielleicht hilft es der nächsten Person in meinen Schuhen. Ich habe mich für separate Funktionen entschieden, abhängig von der Art des Werts, den ich abrufe. Besonders zu beachten ist, dass die Datumsfunktion zum Abrufen eines Werts dient, der die Anzahl der Millisekunden seit 1970 darstellt, und die Dezimalfunktion einen Parameter hat, um anzugeben, ob der Wert in Anführungszeichen steht oder nicht.
